Refunds
All sales are final. Please confirm the schedule time and date before checkout. No refunds or exchanges are granted under any circumstances except when the scheduled trip is canceled by the operator due to unforeseeable circumstances including inclination weather and mechanical issues with the vehicle. During these situations, the ticket holder may request a full refund of the purchase price of the ticket within 7 days of the canceled schedule.
Duplicate orders can be refunded given the request for refund within 15 minutes of the order. The time restriction is to minimize the loss for the bus operator due to unavailability of the seats to other potential passengers.
The bus operator reserves the right to cancel bus trips due to inclination weather and other unforeseeable events. Should a scheduled bus be canceled, the customers must initiate a request for refund of the eTicket.
eTicket Conditions
Passengers must arrive 20 minutes before the departure time or risk losing your seat to another passenger. The eTicket is valid only for the route, date and time issued. Customers must present a valid ID along with a printout of the eTicket (confirmation email) during check in and boarding. The passenger must be one of the passengers on the eTicket. Each passenger must sign the eTicket.
Children, Infants and Babies
All children including infants must purchase a full fare ticket regardless of age. Infants must be placed in an infant car seat. The passenger must provide the infant car seat.
Schedules
The schedules are subject to change without notice. Should the customer chose to be informed of schedule changes via email during the checkout process, the email notification will be sent.
Arrival Times
The arrival times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. We assume no liability due to a late arrival of the bus. A late bus is not grounds for ticket refunds or discounts.
Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage and a carry on baggage. The bus operator is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged luggage and carry on baggage.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited on all buses and in onboard bathrooms.
Cellular phones
Limited usage of cell phones are allowed with courtesy and respect is other passengers.
Animals
Live Animal cannot be transported under any circumstances. Service animals (eg. eye seeing dogs) with valid idenfication and certificate is allowed on all our buses. Other small animals are allowed if placed in a locked carrier. May require full fare ticket if the carrier occupies a seat.
Bicycles
Bicycles are allowed granted the bus operator is notified before the scheduled trip and is subject to luggage space availability. Charges apply and may vary for different destinations.
Objectionable Persons
Objectionable behavior and violations of policy will not be tolerated on the buses. The bus operator reserves the right to refuse transportation to any passenger with signs of objectionable behavior or policy violation.
Alcohol & Tobacco Products
Alcohol and Tobacco products are not permitted to be transported across state lines. Buses are subject to D.O.T. searches. Violators will be subject to fines and/or imprisonment.
